Sanjay Lodha

Mr. Sanjay Lodha is the Promoter and the Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company as a Director since September 22, 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in economics from the University of Delhi and a Postgraduate diploma in Business Management from the Apeejay School of Marketing, New Delhi.

With over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, Mr. Lodha has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic vision and driving business development. Since 2016, he has spearheaded the Strategy and Business Development function, contributing significantly to the company’s sustained growth and market expansion.

Prior to the incorporation of the Company, he founded and successfully ran M/s Netweb Technologies as a proprietorship from 1996 until its acquisition by our company in August 2016. Mr. Lodha has also contributed to the broader IT industry through his active involvement with the Manufacturers Association of Information Technology (MAIT), where he served as a member of the Governing Council from 2016 to 2022. He currently serves as the Vice President of MAIT. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Advisors for Intel in the years 2020 and 2022, reflecting his expertise and thought leadership in the Technology space.
